Bare Greens is a new business located in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We are using Zipgrow vertical towers combined with aquaponics. We are aiming to produce a great variety of the freshest herbs and greens you have ever seen. We are not certified organic, simply because aquaponics cannot be certified presently, but we grow chemical free. Once available, we will work towards certification. We promote live sale where the produce comes to you still living and have the technology to bring it to you at markets, at restaurants and even at home.
